1  Return Window: You have 7 days from the date of delivery to return most items for a full refund or exchange. After 7 days, we’re unable to offer returns or exchanges.

2 Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

Unused, undamaged, and in the original packaging
With all original tags and labels intact

3 How to Initiate a Return: To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Provide your order number and the reason for the return.
Our team will guide you through the return process and send you a return label (if applicable).

4 Return Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is damaged or incorrect. In this case, we will provide a prepaid return label.

5 Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please note that it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to be credited and  appear in the original payment method.

6 Non-Returnable Items: Certain products are non-returnable.
